SAUSALITO, CA—Sept. 9, 2011—HumanConcepts, developer of HumanConcepts Organizational Planning Suite, has announced the appointment of Human Capital Management (HCM) industry veteran Nick Kemp as EMEA General Manager, leading all sales, marketing, finance, customer success and partner marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Working out of HumanConcepts’ UK-based EMEA headquarters, Kemp will report directly to HumanConcepts President Luis Rivera.

Immediately prior to HumanConcepts, Kemp was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company (2008-2011), a global management consulting firm, and the SME EMEA general manager at SAP (2006-2008), where he helped build an entirely new organization to market the company’s SaaS ERP solutions—including go-to market strategies, marketplace branding, lead generation, and sales cycle processes.

Hobbs will report to HumanConcepts President Luis Rivera. As Principal Consultant at SuccessFactors, a leading business execution software solutions provider, Hobbs served as an influential reporting, analytics and planning subject matter expert. She also represented the organization at industry conferences, speaking at HR.com, IHRIM and SHRM. As Senior Director of Services at Infohrm, a leading provider of workforce planning, reporting, and analytics, Hobbs led the North America services team, achieving unprecedented customer engagement and 95% annual customer renewal rates.

Executive Team, Appoints Luis Rivera President

Rivera brings 17 years of experience in global market expansion, business development, mergers and acquisitions, business re-engineering, finance and investor relations to HumanConcepts. Most recently CEO of online marketing services provider Lyris Inc., Rivera grew company revenues from $4 million to $45 million and was named as one of the 100 most influential leaders by B-to-B Magazine.

Rivera will report to HumanConcepts CEO Martin Sacks.
